OCRs & Team Events

Our training will provide you with the tools to compete in OCRs.  At ParaFit we have a number of teams which compete in various OCRs which are run throughout the country.  So, if you enjoy OCRs, have never tried one but are interested or fancy a physical challenge to test your capability then come and join us!

Our team makes competing sociable, fun and enjoyable whilst being competitive and supportive.  In addition to OCRs our teams have also entered other physical challenges including half marathons, the Paras 10 and are currently looking to complete the 3 Peaks Challenge.  There is always something fresh, exciting and competitive happening at ParaFit.

Social Events

ParaFit is more than just a type of training.  We view ourselves as a fitness family and socialise as such.  We have hosted a number of events including a summer BBQ and a Christmas Masquerade Ball.  We have our own social page on Facebook to keep all members up to date with upcoming social events.
