Basic Training
This is the basic training level for all PARAFIT participants. During this stage of training you will not be pushed outside of your comfort zone, we will be looking to assess your current ability and fitness level. We will obtain all relevant base line information and look to develop you from there at an easily achievable pace. You can aspire to move into the intermediate level from here as a progressive step or feel free to enjoy this fun method of training.

This is where the fun begins. You can opt to join in at this level if you feel you are of a reasonable level of fitness, or as a progressive step from the beginner’s level. This is slightly more demanding than the beginner’s level and will require certain amount of effort from you, the participant. During this phase of training you will develop the core level of fitness required for the advanced training phase, where you will be pushed to the limit.

If you choose or if you advance to this level you will need to have a high level of core fitness and a strong mind set to push yourself to the limit.This is a no nonsense phase of training where only the toughest will aspire to the PARAFIT CHALLENGE! Please do not take this level of training lightly; this level of training is hard! However the training is amazingly enjoyable and twisted way to achieve your personal goals.
